SystemArgumentException:

How to resolve SystemArgumentException: The path is not of a legal form error in Citrix Receiver

I have been getting this error in Receiver 4.1 quite a lot recently.
ReceiverError
It seems to occur when you upgrade or reinstall Receiver.
The fix is to rebuild your profile but I have have a more targeted fix which I have outlined below:
1. Close down Receiver
2. Terminate the process wfcrun.exe using Task Manager. The process may restart itself and require terminating for a second time.
 terminate_wfcrun
3. Delete %APPDATA%\ICA Client
4. Log off and back on again the problem should be resolved.

Application usage report or Citrix report showing number of times application executables has been run

How do I determine when users last used a published application?

In Resource Manager, under Reports you should have an option called Process Summary. Once you select that, you can specify All Servers, All Users, Select instances by path, Report all instances, and then choose the process executable (assuming the path is the same on all servers). After that specify your date range. Choose to display the Times and Users. Once generated, you should see a nice canned report that lists the users who launched that executable.

If you want to see when each user actually used the executable, you may need to run the User Summary report.

EDGESIGHT:  You can use the following report type if you r using Edgesight.

Published Application User Count - Details
Published Application Launch Summary
Session Duration.

Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL Error 61

Users start to get error " Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust the SSL certificate"

Cause:  SSL certificate has been renewed in Access Gateway or any upgrade happened in Access Gateway / Netscaler version

Solution:

1.) Upgrading the Citrix Receiver to Latest version (4.2.0.10) may fix the issue
2.) In some cases clearing the Temporary Internet Files may also be needed.
